Always a Good Experience
I have always had a good experience at Island Tower Dentistry since I began as a patient 3 years ago. I recently had a bad toothache when the office was closed and Dr. Van Dyke called me back within the hour and contacted a drug store for some antibiotics. He then got me into his office early the next day and after an exam contacted an oral surgeon who I was able to see a few hours later. I highly recommend Island Tower Dentistry.
Pleasant, Caring and Professional
Mine was an emergency involving a crumbled abutment in an implant. I did not have a Marco Island dentist. I showed up at the office, without calling, and the very pleasant receptionist promptly arranged an appointment. I learned subsequently that everyone at the practice was equally pleasant, caring and professional. This includes Dr. Van Dyke and hygienist, Sophia. The environment is quiet and calming. All my questions were patiently answered, a step-by-step solution was proposed, and the process began. A firm price was set at the end of the first visit, with a discount for full payment at the end of the second visit. Today was my third and final visit and I am most pleased with the result.
